The pool area is a fantastic escape for families, especially with kids. We all loved the fun water slides and the spacious atrium filled with Christmas cheer. The best part was the beautiful decor and delicious food at the poolside bar. Our beloved pet also had a great time!

In my children’s opinion, later check-in times for families with kids would be great.

Fantastic Family Fun with Beautiful Amenities

We spent two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds Florida View, Water Park Access and had an amazing time! The indoor atrium was beautiful and the kids absolutely loved the water park, with its lazy river and slides. The diverse dining options were a hit as well, particularly the food near the pool. However, some maintenance could improve the overall experience, as a few areas seemed a bit dated.

I enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions like ICE at Gaylord Palms, which was just a short walk away, and the room was comfortable with smart TVs, making my stay relaxing and convenient for a busy weekend trip. As a family-friendly resort, there are plenty of activities around, but just keep in mind that the 'resort fee' didn’t include much during my time there.
